ECAP is Heading Back Home

After over two years in our temporary location, ECAP is moving back of our original location, but a lot has changed!

The little piece of parking lot we once called home has been replaced by a brand new building named after our own Nellie Hannon.     On June 29, 2023 we broke ground on Nellie Hannon Gateway.  Today there stands seven stories with 90 units of affordable housing and a brand new facility for ECAP on the ground floor.
